  • We all know that continuous growth and regular weight gain from birth of the child is very important. Poor diet, frequent illness, and inadequate care of young children can lead to malnutrition. If a child does not gain weight for 3-4 months, they need to be consulted for balanced nutritious food.
  • Each young child should have a growth chart. Breastfeeding helps protect babies from common/frequent illnesses and ensures good physical, mental growth and development.
  • Infants born to anaemic mothers often suffer from low birth weight and anaemia. Iron supplements and iron rich foods protect both pregnant women and their babies.
  • Iron is found in liver, lean meats, eggs and pulses commonly. The child is not considered recovered from an illness until they regain same weight, as it was before illness.

At Golz we help children in overcoming growth obstacles by improved immunity, better digestibility of nutrients through our nutrition counseling
