I consulted Dr. Sushma because I was unable to manage my weight due to my busy schedule. She understood my situation and did my body analysis and planned the diet accordingly so that it won't be a burden on me. Under her guidance I gradually started shedding my weight and there are positive changes in me without feeling lethargic. My protein levels have increased and there is a 6 cm reduction in my waist.
